- Addtionally, where we dove, was 25 miles to sea away from el porvenir the tourist trap. this dive and most all the diving i did this week was in my opinion for experiended open ocean divers who don't need a dive guide leading you by the hand. jimmy rates the divers and if he feels you can handle it, it lets you go. the diving is from a small 32' boat with twin outboards well equiped to handle ten divers. you do back flips of the side. jimmy puts in a marker, lets you off at marker, and circles around till you pop up. must be comfortable with waiting in open ocean for up to 10 minutes max for him to pick you up. usually only 3-5 min for pickup. this is wild and exillarting diving. not for the cozumel, cayman crowd that wants to be pampered and guided around like kids. pm me if you would more info

Carribean Jimmys - Only access to this site is with Jimmy at Carribean Jimmys. Jimmy has lived in panama for years and is the only dive operator allowed to scuba dive in san blas islands.
